Converting TIF to Vector Files

We had the privilege of working with Morning Cloudshine today. These are not drawings as some would assume but rather intricate cut-outs. We scanned the drawings on our flatbed scanner so that they could be converted into vector files. The detail was amazing and could be seen clearly on the scans.
