Shredding

Banker Box, Shredding

Once you have digitized your records and secured your data, what is the next step for your physical documents? As long as they do not have a retention policy, shredding the paper is a smart idea. This will eliminate the cost of storage and make sure no one will have access to these vital documents. Graphic Imaging Services uses a third party vendor to shred everything from Mylar engineering documents to medical records. We charge a standard rate per banker box and encourage you to come see your documents shredded. There are a variety of different shredding services available that include the dirty shred for non-paper materials.

SECURE DOCUMENT SHREDDING SERVICE

Once all the documents are scanned, we will send you the digital files. There will be a set time for you to review the files so you can give your approval for shredding. With your approval, we will set a date for shredding. All materials are shred into small particles by one of the on-site security specialists, returned to the secure facility, and shred a 2nd time for added security. Then whenever possible, the shredded paper is recycled into low grade paper products such as paper towels, tissue, and napkins. Once it is all shredded, we send a certificate of destruction that guarantees your documents are protected. It is important to secure your digital documents that contain your personal information, and to ensure your physical documents are securely destroyed for your protection.

Pricing is calculated by banker box.
